The Nelkin Real Estate Company is a family owned enterprise that was established in 1959 by Israel Nelkin. Israel and his son Mark Nelkin developed and enlarged the business by investing in and rehabilitating properties in and around the Atlanta area

Facilities

In 2001 Mark Nelkin took over as the primary business owner and operator of the company and has continued to increase the size and scale of the operation.

Currently Nelkin Real Estate provides housing for over 2000 tenants and operating space for more than 15 businesses. It is the goal of the Nelkin Real Estate Company to provide quality housing facilities for all of its tenants and to ensure that its staff of over 100 employees meets the needs and expectations of each tenant.
