Analysis

Naa Peru Surya Naa Illu India Movie Review, Rating, Story, Cast and Crew

Naa Peru Surya looks decent throughout the first half of the film. Laced with all the needed commercial elements, the first half has been focused explaining the character of Surya. The songs have been decent and the love story looks well presented. The interval episodes have been loud enough and the action episodes have been completely explosive. On the whole, Naa Peru Surya first half is a complete show of Allu Arjun which showcases his levels of dedication and hard work.

The second half of Naa Peru Surya doesn’t sail smooth as the film witnesses several dips. The film drops badly right after the interval episodes and picks up before the pre-climax. The songs have been forced and the romantic drama is a huge let down. The action once again sounds loud and the climax episodes fail to convince the audience. The second half of Naa Peru Surya elevates the packed performance of Allu Arjun and will appeal to a limited section of audience.

Performance

Allu Arjun delivers his career’s best performance through Naa Peru Surya. The actor looks stunning, fit and energetic throughout the movie. The way he carried the role of Surya has been stupendous. Anu Emmanuel has been ultra gorgeous and has been a perfect fit as Varsha. Sarath Kumar and Thakur Anoop Singh have been ruthless and delivered out their best. Arjun has a new role assigned and he shines with brilliance. Nadiya, Boman Irani, Sai Kumar and others have been decent in their roles.

Naa Peru Surya has an interesting plot. The dialogues have been completely perfect and apt. The screenplay of the film should have been better. The music looks good and it is the background score that elevates the film. The cinematography has been decent and the production values have been lavish. Vakkantham Vamsi gets a perfect story to make his debut as a director and he has done a decent job with Naa Peru Surya. The second half should have been quite better.

Final Word

Naa Peru Surya is an out and out commercial entertainer which has some flaws during the second half. Allu Arjun shines in this action thriller.
