The man who shot another man in the back during the robbery was arrested by police. The suspect was identified as 47-year-old Elijah Payton. Payton was also responsible for another shooting in September.
The witness at the scene said that a group of friends came to Bulldog’s bar Monday night to get a drink. A stranger outside the bar came up to them and started a conversation when they all left the shots were fired. Police mentioned him as extremely dangerous.
The victim gave him five dollars hoping he would go away but it just made matters worst. He literally pulled up his shirt and pulled out the gun, and the gunman forced them to undress, when they were running he shot in his back twice, the victim is still in the hospital.
