Delicious evening snack- Egg Bajji!

Are you fond of eggs? Here is something special for you!  Egg Bajji is a very delicious, easy to make as well as healthy evening snack. Specially kids would love this yummy and tasty Egg Bajji.

Ingredients:

Boiled eggs: 2 ( sliced)

Gram Flour: 1/4 cup

Asafoetida Powder: 1/4 teaspoon

Cumin Powder: 1/4 teaspoon

Red Chilli Powder: 1/2 teaspoon

Rice

Flour: 4 teaspoons

Maida: 4 teaspoons

Baking Soda - a pinch

Salt as per taste

Oil as required

Method:
Take the gram flour, rice flour, maida, red chilli powder, baking soda, asafoetida powder, salt and cumin powder.

Add enough water and mix it well.

Bring it to a bajji batter consistency.

The batter should not be too thin or too thick and should be of pouring consistency.

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Dip the egg slices in the batter and add to the hot oil.

Fry till golden brown.
