Prince Harry and Meghan ‘step back’ as Senior Members of the Britain Royal Family

Britain’s Prince Harry and his wife Meghan has made a historic statement where in they said that they would step back as senior members of the royal family and shall spend more time in North America.
“We intend to step back as ‘senior’ members of the royal family and work to become financially independent, while continuing to fully support Her Majesty The Queen,” the couple said in a statement released by Buckingham Palace.
They added saying, “After many months of reflection and internal discussions, we have chosen to make a transition this year in starting to carve out a progressive new role within this institution.” the couple said, “We now plan to balance our time between the United Kingdom and North America.
The Duke and the Duchess of Sussex Harry and Meghan with their young son Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor has spent Christmas in Canada with their extended family that included Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland as they have earlier mentioned of being pressurized of being in the spotlight after their wedding and their son’s birth in May.
A spokeswoman for Queen Elizabeth II made a statement in the royal communications saying, “We understand their desire to take a different approach, but these are complicated issues that will take time to work through.”
