Ingredients:
Milk – 250 ml
Foxtail millet – 80 g
Banana – 1 (sliced)
Cashews – 4-5
Lotus Seeds – 4-5 pcs
Figs – 2 (sliced)
Amaranth seeds
Preparation:
Start soaking the millet 30 minutes before making the porridge. Drain the excess water, then heat the milk in another pot and add the soaked millet. Continue stirring until the porridge is cooked. When it has cooled, add cashews, banana pieces, figs and asparagus powder. Keep stirring so that the porridge does not stick to the bottom of the pot. Finally, add the dried fruits and macana to enhance the flavor. Serve warm or cold as desired.
