Anger is a normal, healthy emotion. But anger management is the key to keep your relationships healthy. For many, who find it difficult to keep their anger under control find it difficult to manage their emotions. This will eventually disturb your relationships and disturb your health.

Identify your anger signs

Everyone has anger signs. They may include faster heartbeat; quick breathe; tension in your shoulders; and so on. Identify them first and take steps to clam them.

Calm down

Get out of the situation first. Counting 10 will give you time to cool and think more clearly. Look for ways to control your anger more generally.

Breathe slowly

Breathe out for long time than you breathe in. Relax as you breathe out. You will automatically breathe in more when you are angry. Trick here is to breathe out more to relax. This will help you think more clearly.

Exercise and Relax

Exercise and relaxation will aid a lot in bringing down your stress levels. Swimming, running, walking, yoga and meditation are a few of the activities that can help reduce stress.

Get creative

Bring out the creative aspect in you. Be it music, dancing, writing or painting. These generally release tensions and help you in reducing your feelings of anger.

Talk to a friend

Discussing your feelings with a friend or someone close to you can help drastically and give you a different perspective on the situation. Try these out and do not let your relationships suffer because of your poor anger management.
