CMF introduced its first set of wireless headphones that go over the ears, called the CMF Headphone Pro, on Monday, adding to its audio collection. These headphones come in three different colors and have 40mm drivers. The CMF Headphone Pro features active noise cancellation (ANC) that can reduce noise by up to 40dB, and supports Hi-Res Audio playback with the LDAC codec. These headphones are said to provide around 100 hours of music listening time and up to 50 hours of talk time with one charge. The company has also revealed that the headphones have cushions that can be changed. The price for the CMF Headphone Pro is set at $99 (about Rs. 8,000) in the US, while the headphones are priced higher in other countries. In Europe and the UK, they retail for EUR 99 (about Rs. 10,000) and GBP 79 (about Rs. 9,420), respectively. The headphones will come in Dark Grey, Light Green, and Light Grey.

According to the company, the new CMF Headphone Pro will be available for purchase in the UK and the European Union starting today, but customers in the US will have to wait until October 7. They will be sold on the Nothing website and through select partners. There is no update about when the CMF Headphone Pro will be available in other countries, including India. This is CMF's first wireless headphones that go over the ear and include ANC. It also features removable ear cushions that enable users to change the appearance of their headphones and tailor the sound to fit their preferences. The interchangeable cushions come in Light Green and Orange colors. Also, the CMF Headphone Pro has a Roller dial for adjusting the volume, activating ANC, and playing or pausing music. An Energy Slider helps users pick bass and treble levels based on the music they are enjoying. Additionally, there’s a customizable button that allows easy access to functionalities like Spatial Audio or quickly activating the AI assistant.

Users can set up the controls for the CMF Headphone Pro through the Nothing X app. Similar to the Nothing Headphone 1, this new wireless device provides ANC that is designed to cut down up to 40dB of unwanted noise from the environment. The Hybrid ANC option lets users choose from three different levels of noise reduction. The CMF Headphone Pro is equipped with 40mm drivers that have nickel-plated diaphragms, enabling lower distortion and clearer sound. The design includes a 16.5mm copper voice coil, a bass duct for precision, and a dual-chamber structure. It is compatible with SBC and LDAC audio codecs, in addition to Hi-Res audio playback. Users can also create a Personal Sound profile. CMF claims that the Headphone Pro can offer up to 100 hours of audio playback and 50 hours of talk time on a single charge. When ANC is turned on, the playback time reduces to 50 hours. It supports USB Type-C for audio playback and charging. These headphones are claimed to provide about five hours of playtime from just five minutes of quick charging, while a full charge takes roughly two hours.
